Conference venue

The Faculty is located in the 7th district of Budapest, which is dubbed
as the “Jewish district”. The reason of this is that the main centers of the
Orthodox Jewish religious life of the city can be found there. Along with the
synagogues, the atmosphere of the area is shaped by several ‘ruin pubs’ that
have been opened in empty tenement-houses and their courtyards over the past
decade.
